Hey! I’m Taylor

For years, I chased extremes. I was overtraining, under-eating, obsessively tracking, and convincing myself that getting “skinny” would finally make me confident. But even when I got smaller, I wasn’t happier. I felt burnt out, frustrated, and still didn’t look or feel like the strong, confident woman I wanted to be.

Everything changed when I stopped focusing on doing more and started focusing on what actually mattered. I learned how to fuel my body, train with purpose, set standards that reflected the woman I wanted to become — and most importantly, create a lifestyle I actually loved.

Because here’s the truth: Goal Strong women have big goals and they don’t like to settle. They’re willing to put in the work. The key to sustainability isn’t just discipline — it’s loving the process. It’s building a way of living that feels good, inside and out. Consistency and success is 100x easier when you love what you are doing.

My journey over the last 8 years led me to create the Goal Strong Method™ — a framework designed to help other high-achieving women break free from extremes, optimize their efforts, and transform not just their bodies, but their mindset and life.
